Ceramics slowly became part of my life as my four children grew. What began as a quiet moment within a full life gradually became a daily practice.
I work mostly by hand, allowing the clay to guide the form. Sometimes I use simple wooden tools to create subtle textures and details.
My work focuses on sculptural ceramic vessels with organic forms and natural surfaces — objects meant to bring calm presence into a space.

In this piece the surface becomes the main focus. The texture grows gradually across the form, recording the gestures made during the making process.
As light moves across the vessel, the small variations in the surface create depth and shadow. The simple shape allows the material itself to speak.

One of a kind sculptural piece
Boboc is an early sculptural piece from my transition toward larger ceramic forms — a work that holds both softness and strength in balance.
Hand-built and fired twice, it preserves the raw honesty of clay on the exterior, while the interior is glazed to safely hold water. Every subtle mark and irregularity speaks of process, touch, and time.
Its rounded body feels grounded and generous, while the opening carries a gentle tension — like something just beginning to unfold.
